A little finishing ritual. Made from organically grown olives in Campania, southern Italy, this cold-extracted olive oil brings vibrant, fruity flavour to the table.

Best enjoyed unheated: drizzle over salads, pasta, vegetables or fresh bread just before serving.

BRIO tip: Serve alongside warm focaccia for dipping, or drizzle over your favourite antipasti.
